The secret is learning. There was a time, certainly not such a long time earlier, when people really felt that defensive ground cover in the use zone was actually a rubbish of sources. However, our team persevered and today there are just a handful of play grounds without protective turf. What triggered this change in attitude? Ideally, it was education and learning regarding the expenses and benefits of offering risk-free tough surfacing under and around play ground tools.
