I see in Recent changes that there are a lot of spam pages created, though there's nothing I can really do about them... Spam

- You can download an extension to use a captcha, but it does not stop all spammers and it also tends to harass regular users who are trying to get on the Wiki. :( You can read about it here though - http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ConfirmEdit .
