Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 2 Cups all purpose flour
- 2 Cups Buttermilk
- 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Instructions:
- Beat eggs
- Add buttermilk
- Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar - blend well
- Add to egg mix
- Add butter
- Mix well
- Drop spoonfuls onto griddle till browned on both sides
