Ingredients:

• 1 Egg
• 2 Cups all purpose flour
• 2 Cups Buttermilk
• 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Tablespoon Sugar
• 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Instructions:

1. Beat eggs
2. Add buttermilk
3. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar - blend well
4. Add to egg mix
5. Add butter
6. Mix well
7. Drop spoonfuls onto griddle till browned on both sides
