Ingredients:
* 1 - 1/4 Cup All-purpose flour * 2 Teaspoons Baking powder * 1/2 Teaspoon Salt * 1/4 Cup Sugar * 3/4 Cup Corn Meal * 1 Egg (Beaten) * 1 Cup Milk * 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Mix all dry ingredients 3. Add liquid ingredients 4. Pour into greased 8" baking pan Bake 20 minutes.
