This is a delicious pizza crust that we have made multiple times. Usually an olive-oil based pizza is made but it works out great for tomato sauce based pizzas also.
Ingredients:
1c warm water 1tbs yeast 1tbs sugar 1.5tsp salt 2tbs oil 3c flour
Instructions:
1. mix first 5 well 2. immediately add flour 3. Knead around 5 minutes 4. Let set 1hr at room temp in an oiled bowl covered with a damp cloth 5. form desired crust shape, let set 10 minutes 6. Bake at 350-375 for around 20 minutes, depending on your toppings and how done you like your pizza.
