GirlInside joined AVEN in October 2007. She was told about it by her best friend, who in turn heard about it from another friend. (For convenience, GirlInside will be addressed using feminine pronouns; as her username implies, she considers herself a woman in a man's body.) She is what's commonly known as a "gray asexual;" that is, she could enjoy sex under the right circumstances, but does not consider it worth the trouble of going through the dating game. As she expresses it, "I don't want to be someone's boyfriend; I want to be someone's girlfriend." She is open to a relationship with a person of any gender in which she can have the female role.
